Accessibility Statement

TopSpells USA wants topspellsusa.com to be usable by as many visitors as possible, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or browser zoom. This statement explains what we target, what we’ve done, where we know we still fall short, and how to reach us if you hit a barrier.

1. Our Commitment

Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time fix. We review pages as we build and update them, and we welcome feedback from visitors who use assistive technology — you will often notice things we haven’t.

2. Standard We Target

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our internal reference point when building and reviewing pages. We have not commissioned a formal third-party WCAG audit, so we do not claim full certified compliance — we describe this honestly as a target we design toward, not a guarantee that every page meets every success criterion today.

3. Measures We’ve Taken

Steps we’ve taken so far include:

• Semantic HTML headings and landmark structure on content pages
• Descriptive alt text on content images
• Visible focus states and keyboard-operable navigation, forms, and accordions
• Text and background color combinations chosen for readable contrast
• Responsive layout that supports browser zoom and works across screen sizes
• A cursor that reverts to the standard system pointer when a user’s browser or OS requests reduced motion or accessibility assistance is present

4. Known Limitations

We are not aware of every barrier on every page, and some areas of the site have not been tested with a screen reader end-to-end. Known limitation categories include:

• Some decorative animations and custom cursor effects do not yet have a manual reduced-motion toggle
• Some older pages predate our current accessibility pass and may not fully match newer pages
• Video content (where present) may not yet include full captions or transcripts on every page

We would rather tell you this honestly than claim a compliance level we haven’t verified.
