This guide explores psychic signs ex is coming back in detail.
Psychic Signs Your Ex Is Coming Back: 10 Spiritual Signals
The universe speaks before the phone rings. Here are the 10 most reliable psychic signals that your ex is energetically returning — what they mean and exactly what to do when they appear.
There is a particular kind of knowing that comes before the phone rings. A feeling you cannot explain to anyone rationally — a tightening in your chest, a flash of a memory, a dream so vivid you wake up gasping their name. Over 30 years of working with clients from New York City to Los Angeles, from Chicago to Miami, I have heard this described hundreds of times, and I have come to recognize it for what it is: psychic signs your ex is coming back. The universe communicates through sensation, symbol, and synchronicity long before it communicates through text message. And learning to read those signals can mean the difference between waiting passively — and positioning yourself spiritually to receive what is already in motion.
This guide gives you the complete picture: the 12 most reliable psychic signs I have observed across thousands of reconciliation cases, the spiritual explanation for why they happen, and what to do when they appear. Whether you are in Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, or Seattle, these signs are universal — the language of love does not change by zip code.
Why Psychic Signs Are Real — The Energetic Explanation
When two people have loved each other deeply, they create a shared energetic field — a cord of connection that persists even after physical separation. Moreover, when your ex begins to think of you, sends you emotional energy consciously or unconsciously, or begins the internal process of reconsidering the relationship, that energy travels along that cord and registers in your consciousness as physical sensation, dream imagery, and synchronistic events. The signs you are feeling are not imagination. They are data.
Research from Psychology Today and the American Psychological Association shows that spiritual practices support emotional healing and relationship recovery.
Sign 1: Sudden, Unprovoked Thoughts of Them
This is the most common and most misunderstood sign. You are going about your day — working in your office in Atlanta, cooking dinner in San Antonio, waiting for the subway in Manhattan — when suddenly they are there in your mind. Not prompted by a song or a memory, not triggered by a location. Just — there. As if someone dropped them into your consciousness from outside.
When your own thoughts suddenly contain someone without apparent cause, pay attention to the quality of that thought. Does it feel like a memory? Or does it feel like a presence — like they are somehow with you in that moment? The latter is the psychic sign. What you are experiencing is the other end of an energetic communication that they are sending. They are thinking of you intensely enough that the thought-energy travels the cord between you and registers in your awareness. Furthermore, the same thing is happening on their end — they suddenly feel you near them without knowing why.
Sign 2: Dreaming of Them — Especially These Dream Types
Understanding psychic signs ex is coming back gives you a spiritual and practical foundation for transforming your relationship situation.
Not all dreams of an ex are psychic signs. Dreams that replay memories, anxiety dreams about arguments, or dreams clearly triggered by something you saw that day — these are your own mind processing. But there are specific dream types that are categorically different:
- Reconciliation dreams — You and your ex are together, happy, building something. The emotional tone is peaceful and forward-looking rather than nostalgic
- Communication dreams — They are speaking to you directly, clearly, about the relationship. What they say has a different quality than normal dream dialogue — it is specific, coherent, and feels like information rather than your own projection
- The “looking at you” dream — They appear in the dream and simply look at you with an expression of longing, love, or recognition. No drama, no conflict — just presence. This is one of the clearest psychic contact signs I know
- Recurring dreams — The same dream appearing multiple nights is always significant. Repetition indicates a sustained transmission rather than a one-time burst of emotion
When you have one of these dreams, note the time you wake up. Frequently you will find that they were awake and thinking of you at that moment, perhaps unable to sleep, perhaps looking at old photos. The energetic overlap is not coincidental.
Sign 3: Physical Sensation Without Cause
Understanding psychic signs ex is coming back gives you a spiritual and practical foundation for transforming your relationship situation.
The body registers what the mind does not yet consciously know. Common physical sensations associated with an ex returning energetically include: a sudden warmth in the chest (heart chakra activation — their love energy reaching you), a tingling in the left side of the body (the receiving side), a feeling of being watched or observed from no particular direction, goosebumps without environmental cause, and — perhaps most specifically — a sensation in the solar plexus area, that gut-center place, that feels like anticipation or excitement for no apparent reason.
I have had client after client in Houston and Dallas describe this solar plexus activation in the days before an unexpected text from their ex. One client described it as “feeling like right before Christmas as a child — that buzz of something good about to happen.” Three days later her ex called to say he had made a mistake. The body knew before the call came.
Sign 4: Synchronicities — The Universe Pointing
Understanding psychic signs ex is coming back gives you a spiritual and practical foundation for transforming your relationship situation.
Synchronicities are meaningful coincidences — events that occur together in a way that feels significant but cannot be explained by ordinary causality. When your ex is in the energetic process of returning, you will typically begin experiencing a cluster of synchronicities related to them or to love and reconciliation generally. Common synchronicities include:
- Seeing their name repeatedly — in books, on signs, in overheard conversations, on license plates
- Hearing “your song” unexpectedly in multiple locations
- Repeatedly seeing numbers associated with them (their birthday, the date you met, the date you broke up)
- Random encounters with things strongly associated with them — their favorite restaurant suddenly advertised, their favorite band on the radio
- Running into mutual friends who spontaneously mention them without you having brought them up
One synchronicity is not a sign — it is a coincidence. But when you begin experiencing multiple synchronicities around the same person within a short period, that is the universe pointing. Pay attention to what it is pointing toward.
Sign 5: Animals and Nature Deliver Messages
Understanding psychic signs ex is coming back gives you a spiritual and practical foundation for transforming your relationship situation.
In the Yoruba tradition I was trained in, and in many Indigenous and earth-based spiritual traditions across the world, certain animals carry specific messages. When an ex is energetically returning, you may notice:
- Doves or pairs of birds appearing in unusual locations or in unusual proximity
- Butterflies landing on you or staying near you persistently — transformation and new beginnings
- Cardinals (especially red ones) appearing repeatedly — in many traditions, a messenger from the spirit world that love is present
- Unexpected flowers blooming early or in unusual places, particularly roses or honeysuckle
These are not superstitions. They are the physical world reflecting the energetic state of your situation, because all matter is permeated by and responsive to spiritual energy. When the field around you is charged with incoming love, the natural world reflects it.
Sign 6: They Appear in Your Peripheral Vision
Understanding psychic signs ex is coming back gives you a spiritual and practical foundation for transforming your relationship situation.
This one surprises clients when I mention it. You are walking through a crowd in Chicago or Denver when you catch someone in your peripheral vision who you are certain — for just a fraction of a second — is your ex. Moreover, you turn, and it is not them. But the impression was so strong that your heart is still racing.
This is a form of psychic projection. Their energy is strong enough in your field that your visual cortex is briefly triggering a recognition response. Think of it as an energetic appearance — they are sending themselves to you astrally, and your body’s perceptual system partially registers that presence in physical space before the rational mind overrides it.
Sign 7: You Feel Their Emotions
Empaths and highly sensitive people are particularly attuned to this sign, but it occurs in everyone to varying degrees. You suddenly feel a wave of sadness that doesn’t belong to anything happening in your own life. Or an inexplicable longing. Or a mix of regret and yearning that has your heart aching without cause. These emotions that arrive without context are frequently not yours — they belong to your ex and are traveling the energetic cord between you.
Pay particular attention to emotions that feel slightly different in texture from your own — slightly off-frequency, like a radio station that’s almost tuned in but not quite. Those are transmissions from outside your own emotional system. When you receive a wave of inexplicable longing from another person’s direction, it is frequently because they are experiencing that longing for you.
Sign 8: Old Objects or Photos Come to Your Attention
You find a photo of them that you forgot you had. Additionally, you discover a gift they gave you buried in a drawer. An old card surfaces during a cleaning. These are not accidents — objects hold energetic imprints of the people associated with them, and when those people are sending strong energy in your direction, the objects that bridge you two respond by surfacing into your awareness. The universe uses what is available, including your physical environment, to point you toward what is energetically active.
Sign 9: Intense Déjà Vu Moments
Déjà vu experiences — the sense that you have been in this moment before — frequently cluster around times of significant energetic incoming. When an ex is returning to your field, you may experience repeated déjà vu, particularly in moments or settings that connect to your shared history, your future together, or circumstances that echo important moments in your relationship. This is the timeline confirming its course.
Sign 10: They Make Low-Level Contact
This is the sign most easily recognized but most often misinterpreted. They like a very old photo on your social media. They watch your story but don’t respond. They send a meme with no context. They ask a mutual friend how you are doing. These actions are not idle — when someone has truly moved on, they do not reach out in any form. Low-level contact is them testing the field, sending a signal to see if the frequency is still open between you. It is the energetic version of dipping a foot in water before diving in.
What to Do When You Are Receiving These Signs
Recognizing the signs is only the first step. What you do with that recognition matters enormously. Here is the protocol I give clients who are experiencing active return signals:
Step 1 — Do not reach out impulsively. The most common mistake. Signs that they are coming back energetically do not mean they have arrived yet — reaching out before the process completes can disrupt it. Hold the space and let it complete.
Step 2 — Cleanse your own field. Remove any energetic debris from the separation — resentment, grief, anger, fear. The cleaner your energetic field, the faster and more completely they can find their way back to you. A salt bath with hyssop and lavender, performed with specific intention, is extremely effective.
Step 3 — Create a welcoming energetic environment. Burn a pink or red candle for love. Place honey in a small bowl near a photo or representation of them (this is the beginning of a honey jar working). Open your heart chakra through meditation, movement, or prayer. Make yourself spiritually available.
Step 4 — Consult with a practitioner. If you are receiving multiple strong signs, a divination reading can tell you with much greater precision what is happening in the spiritual field between you, whether the return is on track, and what specific workings would accelerate it most effectively. This is exactly the kind of reading I perform daily for clients across the USA.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are the psychic signs your ex is coming back?
The most reliable psychic signs your ex is returning are: sudden unprovoked thoughts of them (they are thinking of you intensely); vivid communication or reconciliation dreams; unexplained physical sensation in the chest or solar plexus; a cluster of synchronicities involving their name, your song, or numbers associated with them; strong emotions that arrive without personal cause (their feelings traveling the energetic cord to you); low-level contact like social media engagement or messages through mutual friends; and the reappearance of objects or photos associated with them. Multiple signs appearing together within a short period is highly significant.
How do I know if my ex is thinking about me spiritually?
The clearest indicators that your ex is thinking about you on a spiritual or energetic level are: physical sensations (warmth in the chest, tingling, goosebumps) that arrive without cause; seeing their name or significant numbers repeatedly; dreaming of them in the specific dream types described above (communication dreams, reconciliation dreams, the “looking at you” dream); feeling emotions that don’t belong to your own situation; and low-level social contact. These are all forms of their energy reaching you across the shared cord that exists between people who have loved each other.
Can psychic signs be wrong or wishful thinking?
Individual signs can reflect personal longing rather than external transmission — particularly things like constant thoughts of your ex that are clearly anxiety-driven, or dreams that replay old memories rather than containing new content. The way to distinguish authentic psychic signals from wishful thinking is: cluster (multiple signs together), spontaneity (signs that arrive without you being focused on them at that moment), and quality (a different texture or feel than your own thoughts and feelings). When a sign feels like information arriving from outside rather than something generated from inside, that is the distinguishing quality. If in doubt, a divination reading can verify what is actually active in the field.
Should I reach out to my ex when I get psychic signs?
Not immediately. Psychic signs indicate that they are energetically in motion toward you — but acting on that prematurely by reaching out can disrupt the process. The analogy I use: if someone is walking toward you through a darkened room, calling out and startling them can stop their forward movement. Better to stand still, make yourself spiritually available and welcoming, remove any energetic blocks from your side of the connection, and let them complete the approach that is already underway. If the signs are strong and sustained over multiple days or weeks, a consultation can help you determine the right moment and the right form of contact.
How long after psychic signs does an ex actually return?
This varies significantly based on what is creating the separation in the first place, the strength of the connection between the two of you, whether there are third-party energetic interferences, and how quickly both people do the spiritual and emotional work needed for the return to be healthy and stable. Some clients experience the physical return within days of strong psychic signs appearing. Others experience a period of weeks or months during which the signs remain active. If the signs are strong and sustained but physical return is not occurring, this is usually an indication that there are specific blocks that need to be addressed spiritually — which is exactly what a targeted love working is designed to do.
What spiritual practices help when my ex is coming back?
The most effective practices when you are receiving psychic return signals are: daily heart chakra meditation to keep your energetic field welcoming and clear; cleansing baths (salt with hyssop for removing separation energy, rose with honey for opening love channels); candle work with pink or red candles for drawing love; keeping a personal altar with items associated with your relationship and burning appropriate incenses (rose, jasmine, cinnamon for love attraction); and prayer — speaking directly to the universe, to your highest self, and if appropriate to the deities you work with, naming clearly what you want and why. And for most clients, a formally structured love working with an experienced practitioner will accelerate the timeline significantly.
Are You Receiving Signs Your Ex Is Returning?
A divination reading can tell you exactly what is active in the spiritual field between you — whether the signs are authentic, what is blocking the return, and what protocol would accelerate it. Serving clients across New York, Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and all of the USA.

Expert Insights: The Deeper Dimension of 2193
After 30 years of working with situations like yours, I can tell you that the factor most clients underestimate is the power of spiritual alignment during the process. The love spell or spiritual work I perform creates the energetic conditions — but your own state of being during the process either amplifies or interferes with those conditions in ways that directly affect outcomes.
The most effective clients — the ones who consistently see the strongest and fastest results — share a specific quality that I’ve come to recognize immediately: genuine trust in the process combined with authentic engagement in their own lives. Not performed trust. Not pretending everything is fine. Genuine, grounded surrender to the spiritual work while continuing to be fully present in the rest of their life.
Why Your Energy State Is Half the Equation
In West African spiritual tradition, we understand that the ase (spiritual force) of the person seeking help is an active component of the ritual work being done on their behalf. The practitioner brings lineage, authority, and specific spiritual relationships. Furthermore, the client brings their own ase — their intention, their clarity, their emotional state — and this contribution matters.
When a client approaches the process in a state of desperate anxiety, constantly checking for signs, reaching out in ways that create pressure — their ase creates interference in the working. In fact, when a client approaches with genuine trust, focuses on their own life and wellbeing, and allows the spiritual work to operate without constant interruption — their ase supports and amplifies what’s being done.
This is not a passive role. It requires active cultivation — daily grounding practices, genuine self-care, conscious management of the anxious thoughts that naturally arise during difficult love situations. I provide specific guidance on these practices to every client I work with, because the client’s contribution is genuinely significant.
The Long-Term View: Building Something Durable
Whatever specific situation brings someone to seek spiritual support for their love life, my goal is always outcomes that are durable — not just immediate results that fade when the spell’s candle work is complete, but real changes in the energetic foundation of the connection that last because they’re built on genuine love rather than temporary spiritual pressure.
This means combining the reunion or strengthening work with protection and maintenance work where appropriate. A honey jar set up for a couple who has reunited after difficulty continues working indefinitely with periodic maintenance. Protection work shields the restored connection from the kinds of external influence and internal drift that may have threatened it before. Follow-up blessing work as the relationship develops adds layers of positive spiritual foundation that make the connection more resilient over time.
The love I help restore and protect should be able to stand on its own once the initial spiritual work has done its job of clearing the way. That’s the standard I hold my work to — and it’s why clients return years later to thank me, and to refer their friends and family who are experiencing what they once experienced.

The clients who achieve genuine, lasting reunion through spiritual work and the right behavioral approach don’t typically describe it as magic in the way Hollywood would portray it — a sudden, dramatic reversal with no intermediate steps. What they describe is more interesting: a gradual but consistent shift in the energetic quality of the situation, a progressive movement from stuck to unstuck, from cold to warm, from impossible to inevitable.
The experience of watching this happen — and I’ve watched it many hundreds of times over 30 years — is consistently moving regardless of how long I’ve been doing this work. Additionally, the reunion of two people who genuinely love each other, who’ve been separated by whatever combination of circumstance and spiritual blockage created the distance between them, and who find their way back to each other through the combination of genuine spiritual work and the right human approach — there’s nothing else quite like it.
That’s what I’m working toward in every case: not just a phone call or a meeting, but a genuine reconnection at the level where love actually lives — the energetic, spiritual dimension where the authentic bond between two people who genuinely loved each other persists, waiting to be found again. When the work is done right, and the situation has genuine foundation, that reconnection happens. And when it does, it tends to be more solid and conscious than what existed before, because both people have experienced what it’s like to lose something genuinely valuable and have been given the gift of getting it back.

The Complete Framework for Understanding Love Spell Success
What separates the 30-year practitioners from the weekend learners isn’t knowledge of ritual formats. Anyone can learn the ritual formats. What separates genuine practitioners is depth of understanding of the energetic and spiritual laws that govern why certain things work in certain situations and not in others — and the cultivated relationships with specific spiritual forces that allow those laws to be engaged with authority.
I want to share the complete framework I work from, because understanding it helps clients make better decisions, set more realistic expectations, and engage with the process in ways that genuinely support rather than interfere with what’s being done on their behalf.
The Three Dimensions of Every Love Situation
Every love situation I work with has three simultaneous dimensions that all need to be understood and addressed for work to be genuinely effective. Most practitioners who produce poor results are working on only one of these dimensions while ignoring the others.
The first dimension is the energetic connection between the two people — the ase of their specific love bond. This is the spiritual relationship between their two fields of consciousness and being. It was forged through genuine emotional and physical intimacy, and it persists — at varying degrees of strength depending on time, conflict, and interference — even when the relationship has formally ended. Moreover, this is the dimension that love spell work primarily targets.
The second dimension is the psychological and emotional reality of each person — their individual history with love and loss, their specific wounds and defenses, their current emotional state relative to the situation. A person who ended a relationship out of fear of vulnerability is in a very different emotional landscape than one who ended it out of genuine incompatibility. These psychological dimensions aren’t the practitioner’s primary domain — that’s the work of counseling and therapy — but they create the human environment in which the spiritual work must operate, and understanding them helps calibrate the approach.
The third dimension is the practical and circumstantial reality — what’s actually happening in both people’s daily lives, what external pressures are present, whether third parties are involved, what practical barriers exist to reunion. Sometimes the spiritual and emotional dimensions are fully aligned toward reunion but the practical dimension presents the primary obstacle: immigration status, geographical distance, family pressure, financial constraint. These require different spiritual approaches than the energetic work focused on the bond between the two people.
Why the Same Spell Produces Different Results in Different Situations
Clients sometimes compare notes with each other and notice that similar situations seem to produce different results with spiritual work. One person reports dramatic movement within two weeks; another with what sounds like a similar situation sees little movement after two months. Understanding why this variation exists — and what it reveals about individual situations — is important for setting appropriate expectations.
The most significant source of variation is the quality and depth of the original connection. Two situations may look similar on the surface — both involve an ex who has stopped communicating, both involve genuine feelings on the client’s part, both involve a significant relationship that ended in conflict. But at the spiritual level, the depth and genuineness of the mutual love at the relationship’s peak creates a dramatically different amount to work with. A relationship where both people were deeply, authentically in love provides enormous spiritual foundation for reunion work. A relationship where the love was primarily one-sided, or where the connection was passionate but not deeply loving, provides much less.
Another major source of variation is the presence and strength of spiritual blockages. Some situations are spiritually relatively clear — the bond is intact, the blocking is primarily psychological and behavioral on the target person’s side, and the spiritual work can reach through relatively quickly. Other situations have dense, active spiritual interference — accumulated resentment that has formed actual energetic barriers, active work by other people to keep the couple apart, generational patterns operating at the ancestral level. These require more clearing work before the reunion energy can flow, extending the timeline and sometimes the complexity of the approach.
The Timing Variable
One of the most overlooked factors in outcome variation is timing. The same work performed at a favorable lunar phase, during an energetically supportive period of the calendar, with the right planetary alignments, produces measurably different results than the same work performed at a less favorable time. I take timing seriously — scheduling major castings around full and new moons, on Fridays (Venus’s day), during the hour of Venus when possible.
The Role of Ancestral Forces in Love Magic
One aspect of West African love magic that distinguishes it from most Western approaches is the explicit engagement with ancestral forces — the spiritual influence of deceased family members and ancestors who continue to affect the lives of their descendants in ways that modern Western frameworks largely ignore.
In Yoruba tradition, we understand that the ase (spiritual force) of deceased ancestors continues to operate in the lives of their descendants. Ancestors who themselves had difficult love lives — who experienced abandonment, infidelity, heartbreak, or the blocking of love — can transmit patterns of similar experience through the generations. This isn’t fate or curse in the Hollywood sense; it’s more like a spiritual inheritance that operates until it’s consciously addressed.
When I identify ancestral patterns in a love case through divination, addressing them is often the most important and highest-leverage work I can do. Breaking a generational pattern around love abandonment, for example, doesn’t just help with the immediate situation — it changes the energetic inheritance available to future generations of that family. It’s among the most significant spiritual work possible.
Conversely, ancestors who successfully navigated love and who are honored appropriately become powerful allies in love magic work. The accumulated love ase of generations of happily partnered ancestors, when properly invoked and honored, provides extraordinary support for reunion and love magic work in their descendants’ lives.
The Difference Between Urgency and Panic in Love Situations
Many people who come to me are in states of high urgency — divorce papers filed, ex about to move away, a crucial decision being made that will create new barriers. I take urgency seriously and have specific protocols for time-compressed situations. But urgency is different from panic, and the distinction matters both for the spiritual work and for the client’s wellbeing.
Urgency is the appropriate recognition that timing matters in some situations and that beginning the work sooner produces better outcomes than waiting. Panic is the emotional state of helplessness and desperation that often accompanies urgency but doesn’t actually help with anything. Panic-state decision-making leads to hiring practitioners without proper verification, paying for escalating “discovered” problems, reaching out to the ex in ways that create new damage, and making behavioral choices that undermine the spiritual work being done.
Part of what I offer in my consultations is help distinguishing these two: assessing what actually requires immediate action versus what benefits from patience and careful approach, and helping clients understand the difference so they can act with genuine urgency where it’s warranted while maintaining the groundedness that prevents panic-state decisions.
The Ethical Framework That Makes This Work Trustworthy
In an industry with virtually no regulation and significant fraud, the ethics of a practitioner are not just morally relevant — they’re practically predictive of whether the work will actually produce genuine results. Practitioners who operate without ethical grounding tend to produce results that are either nonexistent (because they have no genuine spiritual authority) or unstable and distorted (because coercive or harmful magical intentions create the kinds of spiritual consequences that undermine lasting outcomes).
My ethical framework has three core commitments. First: I will only represent work I can genuinely do. If your situation doesn’t have the spiritual foundation for the specific outcome you’re seeking, I will tell you that and discuss what is possible rather than taking your money for work I don’t believe will produce it. Second: I work only with white magic — forces that align with genuine good for all involved. I will not perform coercive or harmful work, period, regardless of what a client requests or how much they offer to pay. Third: I provide genuine assessment before any casting — I don’t guess, don’t perform generic work, and don’t skip the divination that tells me what’s actually present in a situation before I begin working with it.
These commitments mean I occasionally turn away clients or redirect them from what they came in wanting. They also mean that clients who work with me can trust that what I say is accurate, what I do is genuine, and what results appear are real rather than performed. That trust is the foundation of a practitioner-client relationship that actually produces outcomes.
The Most Common Mistakes That Prevent Good Outcomes
After 30 years of working with love situations, I’ve identified the most common mistakes clients make that prevent good outcomes even when genuine spiritual work is being done. Sharing these isn’t to criticize — these mistakes are completely understandable given the emotional intensity of love loss — but because avoiding them makes a concrete difference.
The most common mistake: not maintaining the behavioral approach throughout the working period. In fact, the spiritual work creates energetic conditions; the client’s behavior either supports or undermines those conditions. Desperate outreach, repeated contact, emotional confrontations — each of these creates new energetic interference that the spell has to work around rather than directly toward the target. The most effective clients maintain calm, genuine, non-pursing behavior for the duration of the working period, even when it’s very hard.
The second most common mistake: abandoning the process too early. Love magic works on the other person’s emotional and spiritual field, not just on external circumstances. Furthermore, the other person needs time to process the shifts that are happening in their field — to feel the change, to respond to it, to make new decisions based on what they’re experiencing internally. This takes time. Clients who conclude after two weeks that nothing is happening and abandon the process often do so just before significant movement was about to become visible.
The third most common mistake: working with multiple practitioners simultaneously on the same situation. Conflicting spiritual workings create interference patterns that can slow or neutralize both. If you’ve engaged one practitioner, commit to that process completely before bringing in another. Additionally, the combination of mixed energies from multiple uncoordinated spiritual workings is consistently worse than focused, sustained work from a single skilled practitioner.
The fourth mistake: using the period of active spell work to make major life changes driven by anxiety about the situation. Moving, changing jobs, entering new relationships to manage the pain — these create new energetic realities that the existing work then has to contend with. Stability during the working period isn’t just beneficial for practical reasons; it creates a cleaner energetic environment for the spiritual work to operate within.
